To positively impact the lives of fragile adults, people with dementia, and those who care for them.
When & Where
Program meets on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM at Ascension Lutheran Church in Minocqua
Program Cost
The Daily Cost of Program is $66.00 per day billed monthly (includes snacks, lunch, activities, crafts, and some field trips). Scholarships may be available to assist with program fees.

To enroll in the program, contact the Program Director for an individual consultation and assessment to determine if the program is right for your loved one.

Rebecca Johnson Program Director
Rebecca Johnson has been Program Director since 2019. Rebecca has 20 plus years of geriatric experience and 9 plus years of business management. She oversees the daily functioning of the program, admissions, discharges, assessments, individual service plans, public relations, policies, procedures, in-services to staff/families/volunteers, grant writing for the program and related reports, community education/presentations, compliance with government regulations, and other business-related duties
Monique Schroeder Activity Director
Monique Schroeder is dedicated to creating engaging activities tailored to the diverse interests and abilities of our members. Monique designs programming that foster social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical wellness. Music and laughter help us to enhance Pastime members' quality of life. As a paper crafter, Monique enjoys finding crafts that anyone can create and enjoy regardless of individual strengths and abilities. With over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry, the Pastime Club Activity Director has been the most rewarding position Monique has held and looks forward to making every day one of laughter, friendships, and belonging.
Aaliyah Rudolph Program Assistant
Aaliyah has been employed since 2022 and assists with tasks throughout the programming day. Her role is to assist the Activity Director in ensuring all programming is implemented, members’ personal needs are met, and sanitation guidelines are followed. She completed Certified Direct Care Professionals (CDCP) training through the state of Wisconsin in January 2024. Aaliyah completed her CNA training through Nicolet College in March.
Our Volunteers
Pastime Club’s program relies on volunteers to ensure our program can function within our budget. Current volunteers include Lori Larson, Delores Roehl, Caryl Schmitz, Jane Dolan, Susan Haugesag, Cheri Zylka, Diana Rohloff, Cathi Dziedzic, and Carol Krummel.
