Senior Services at the Pastime Club

Pastime Club is a non-profit, social model adult day program serving Oneida, Vilas, and Lincoln counties. Pastime Club was established in 2007 and licensed by the state of Wisconsin in 2008. The center offers an array of life enriching activities that are suited to each participant’s needs and abilities. Activities encourage creativity, social interaction and physical movement.

Adults who would benefit from attending our social model adult day program are those that:

  • 50 and older
    • Are isolated, lonely and desire companionship.
    • Live with someone who works outside of the home.
    • Cannot be safely left alone during the day.
    • Need a break from their primary caregiver.
    • Experiences mild to moderate memory impairment.
    • Has a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or another Dementia.

While the adults are at Pastime Club experiencing the benefits of the program, the caregivers and family members’ receive some much-needed time off from the demands of being a caregiver. The program allows caregivers to continue their professional and personal life obligations and activities.

Pastime Club offers educational presentations to businesses or organizations about Dementia and the types of services that are available.

Pastime Club networks with other agencies within the community and can offer referrals for other support that families may need.
